HUNTaHEAD will ask a fee of 30% of the gross income (including holiday allowance, midpoint bonus -if applicable - and fixed secondary and/or fringe benefits).
Invoicing will be split into three terms.(see invoicing section).
Our minimum fee is Euro 15.000,-. We will charge with each assignment Euro 2.500,- preparation and office costs which indeed will be deducted of our final fee when our candidate has been nominated.
Traditional recruitment (daily papers etc.) as well internet recruitment (jobportals, Google Adwords etc.) will be invoiced separately. Specific file search in external databases (Monster etc.) will be invoiced separately as well. All specific searches will be invoiced on actual costs only.
Invoicing will be split into three terms. The 1st term (start-up costs of € 2500,-) will be invoiced at the formal assignment confirmation. The 2nd term (1/3 of the estimated total fee) will be invoiced with the actual introduction of candidates by HUNTaHEAD. The 3rd term (total fee of 30% minus 1st and 2nd term) will be invoiced if the HUNTaHEAD candidate has signed his contract. If a client has assigned his so called "own candidate" before HUNTaHEAD has introduced his candidate the 2nd term will not be invoiced. The 3rd term will be invoiced only if a so called HUNTaHEAD candidate has been assigned.
HUNTaHEAD favours strongly exclusivity for each assignment for a period of at least 2 months.
This is because at this way we can somewhat keep in balance our commercial risk against the ‘no cure no pay’ risk. Meanwhile advantage is that candidates will be approached at a professional manner by one firm only which also will be beneficial to our clients image.
If the employment of ‘our’ candidate will be terminated within six months, HUNTaHEAD will do it’s utmost to find a new candidate. Because the question “who’s to blame it” is always very difficult to answer and for sure not beneficial for finding a solution we propose in such (although rare) case to split the ‘pain’. HUNTaHEAD will therefore perform a new assignment for 50% of the early fee.
Interim Assignments of HUNTaHEAD are always carried out by the ‘no cure no pay’ principle. When Assignments in particular ask for direct search (Headhunting) we will ask for a starting fee which will be apart from the hour/day tariff of the candidate.
If we are successful in our assignment we will charge an hour/day tariff which will be negotiated with the candidate as well as the client.
Perhaps superfluous to say, the margin between the hour/day tariff of the candidate and the hour/day tariff of HUNTaHEAD to the client will determine our fee.
HUNTaHEAD doesn’t ask exclusivity for his assignments. The speed of the process is in balance with our commercial risk against the ‘no cure no pay’ risk.
On the other hand we don’t favour to much ‘competitors’ because we think it is better if candidates
will be approached at a professional manner by a few firms only which also will be beneficial to our clients image.
It is self-evident that the best way is exclusivity for an assignment for a short period. This will often be the case when we have worked before with our clients and we can assure, based on our experience and business ethics, a reasonable amount of success in fulfilling an assignment.
