Time Schedule For Permanent Positions Recruitment

Once started with a recruitment process it sometimes takes longer that desirable. We do realize this without any doubt. Because of this we want to give you a transparent insight what steps has to be taken before you can make an offer to a candidate.
We know while being into a pitching process often the speed of an recruitment process will be exaggerated . This is not our style. Of course we will try to speed up the process as much as possible if the urgency of the vacancy desires this, but only if it will not harm your and our professionalism.

Week 1/2 approval job profile
briefing for the assignment
short version of job profile on the internet (legahunting website and other relevant job portals.
if desirable, lay-out of add used in traditional media.
Week 2 t/m 8 filesearch in the HUNTaHEAD Database
approval (if applicable) of add text
approaching of candidates out of the HUNTaHEAD Database
(if applicable) dates set of adds in traditional media

direct search of candidates ‘spotted in the relevant market’
interviewing of possible candidates out of HUNTaHEAD Database

interviewing of possible candidates ‘spotted in the relevant market ‘
by appraisals presenting of possible candidates

interviewing of possible candidates who have reacted by means of add and/or Internet / Jobportals
Week 8 t/m 10/11 (depending of clients agenda) interview of selected candidates
2nd round of interview with further selected candidates
Week 9 t/m 11/12 2nd round of interview with further selected candidates
choice of final candidate
offer to the final candidate
(note: an assessment or psychological testing doesn’t includes this time schedule)
Week 14 t/m 15/16 (at one month notice) starting with the client.

 

Time Schedule Interim Positions Recruitment

The time schedule for an interim manager is totally different compared with the time schedule of a permanent position. We do realize this without any doubt.
We know because of the time pressure the speed of the process often surpasses the quality. This is not our style. Of course we will always try to speed up the process as much as possible because this speed is in the advantage of the candidate and client but only if it will not harm our and your professionalism.

short version of job profile on the internet (HUNTaHEAD website and other relevant job portals).
Week 1/2 filesearch in the HUNTaHEAD Database
approval (if applicable) of add text
approaching of candidates out of the HUNTaHEAD Database
(if necessary and relevant) direct search of candidates ‘spotted in the relevant market’
interviewing / briefing of possible candidates.
by appraisals presenting of possible candidates
Week 2 interview by client with selected candidates
choice of final candidate
offer to the final candidate
starting date of candidate.
