We can approach you for a specific assignment of one of our clients as well. This direct search method is based on the more classical Headhunting: actively approaching candidates who can be possible candidates because of the function they fulfil within a well defined target.
Headhunting is more common with senior- and/or management positions or very specialized functions.
Bottom line the starting point is the same: we are looking for the perfect match at the right moment.
Our profession is Search & Selection this means we Search and we Select. Each assignment has his typical dimension and will evoke his own input out of the ‘labour market’. The quality and quantity of these input will determine our Search and Selection process.
The above mentioned can mean that we won’t use your application if we got other CV’s who better matches our assignment than your CV. We had to make a selection, this is where we are paid for.
Each recruitment process has his own dimension so it is upfront difficult to say how often and when we have to make a pre-selection based on CV’s only. Starting point remains: “If we don’t know you we can’t select you”, so don’t hesitate, if the basic criteria match, to contact us. If it won’t be for this time may be for another time.
