Direction by Car

Coming from Utrecht (A2) take first the Ring Amsterdam Oost (East) and than the Ring Amsterdam Noord (North).

Coming from Den Haag (A4) you can take first the Ring Amsterdam Oost (East) and than the Ring Amsterdam Noord (North) or at once take the Ring Amsterdam Noord (North).

Coming from Amersfoort (A1) do take the Ring Amsterdam Noord (North)
  • Do always take exit S 114 (Zeeburg/Centrum/Artis/IJburg).
  • Down the exit at first stop-light turn left.
  • Straight ahead under the cross-over.
  • Keep straight ahead at second and third stop-light.
  • Again keep straight ahead into the 'Zeeburgertunnel', we advice you to keep the left lane into the tunnel.
  • At the end of the tunnel at the fourth stop-light again turn left, also try to keep the left lane.
  • Straight ahead and (rather nearby) turn left at the fifth stop-light.
  • Straight ahead do cross the first crossing till you cannot drive further.
  • Turn left at the end and follow the street (slightly right curve) next to the water at your left.
  • Do drive till the end of the Island (Borneo Island) and take a U-turn at the end into the Scheepstimmermanstraat.
  • Drive again till nearly the end (in fact drive back again) till Scheepstimmermanstraat no. 16.

Plse Note: You can park your car rather easily, the parking costs are from €2,10 per hour (small money as well chipcard accepted, no creditcards accepted at parking meter).

Direction by Public Transport

You can reach us very well by public transport within 15 minutes from the train station Amsterdam Central.
  • Take the citybus (GVB) line 43 direction Borneo Island.
  • The endstop is at the r.j.h. fortuynplein, do descend here.
  • Walk straight ahead into (at your left hand) the Scheeptimmermanstraat.
  • The 4th building at your righthand is Scheepstimmermanstraat 16
